Complaint 1: Ster Kinekor The Centre manager of Sterk Kinekor, Sandton City has contacted me. He is sending me complimentary tickets again and invited me to attend a movie and a tour of the projector rooms as his personal guest. Thank you Ster Kinekor for your effort. I sincerely hope you use this oppertunity to show that you needn't dissapoint the public all the time.

Complaint 2: The Dros, Randburg The owner of the Dros in Randburg has also invited me and my family to enjoy a meal in their restaurant at their cost as an act of goodwill to show that they firmly believe the cockroach incident (see: mikeysa.antville.org ) and the way it was handled is an isolated case. I will give them another chance.
